Work Location Irkutsk Region Company/Legal Entity Russian Federation Novartis Pharma LLC Functional Area Sales Job Type Full Time Employment Type Permanent Job Description To establish, develop and implement a business plan strategy within the designated Account base for a specific market channel. Major Accountabilities: - Maximise sales through implementing the agreed sales strategy for the market sector. - Using relevant market data, prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to solo and group buyers. - Work closely with all key Novartis departments, specifically marketing, finance, trade operations and supply group. Builds strong networks and long-term co-operative relationships with key customers, internal and external organisations. - Work strictly within allocated budgets and company process. Understand basic pricing and discount structures. - Make effective use of promotional and merchandising strategies utilising relevant point of sale materials encouraging recommendation and consumer off take. Implements and monitor shelving strategies and centrally agreed plan-o-grams to secure a positive impact on Novartis sales. - Works closely with customer care administrative teams and sales management to proactively promote Novartis products maximising visibility and personal recognition within the sector. Minimum requirements Education: - 1st degree - Relevant Pharmaceutical qualifications for pharmaceutical sales e.g. PAGB or ABPI qualified or equivalent Experience: - Numerate and computer literate with strong commercial acumen, with ability to interpret and analyse market data. - Minimum of 2 years experience in sales environment Languages: To learn about other Novartis opportunities, click here. |
